Leadership Refresh is a ministry that was created specifically to encourage, strengthen and refresh leaders, teachers, artists, counselors, intercessors, etc. who are investing their lives, gifts and talents in equipping and serving others. If you have your own ministry or are a staff or lay leader at a church, counseling center or not-for-profit, we are here to serve YOU!
The demands and visibility of leadership can often be limiting to our personal development and ability to stay healthy – spiritually, emotionally and physically. Our events, groups and one-on-one conversations offer a safe place for leaders to receive needed support, development, healing and rejuvenation.
Our foundation is Judeo-Christian and our staff has been blessed and matured by the various streams and traditions of our faith. As a result, we endeavor to bring a variety of types of leaders together for the benefit of each individual and also to encourage synergy and harmony within the body of God’s people. For example, at a recent event, we had 120 women leaders from over 40 churches and organizations worshipping and being refreshed together. The synergy created through our events is often a catalyst for bringing the body of faith and the local community together to address needed social justice and compassion issues in the area.
“How good and pleasant it is when God’s people live together in unity! It is like precious oil poured on the head, running down on the beard, running down on Aaron’s beard, down on the collar of his robe. It is as if the dew of Hermon were falling on Mount Zion. For there the LORD bestows his blessing, even life forevermore.” (Psalm 133)
Leadership Refresh was founded in 2009 and is a ministry of Oasis Productions, a 501c3 not-for-profit founded in 2003. Leadership Refresh has blessed leaders in the following regions: West LA, Gulf Coast FL, Central IL, the North and West Chicago suburbs.
